Frozen Dusk (Original watercolor)

The moment I painted this piece, I was struck by how the frozen surface could still reflect such warmth from the sky.

“Frozen Dusk” captures the meeting of opposites — the fragility of ice and the softness of twilight. The jagged, geometric cracks lead your gaze toward a distant harbor, bathed in the last golden light.

I wanted to create a sense of stillness and quiet contemplation, where each viewer might feel the chill underfoot but the glow in their chest.
